Mainly used for high-temperature medium transportation and heat transfer in industries such as nuclear power, solar power generation, chlor alkali chemical, benzene blending, sequential blending, acrylic acid, fluorine chemical, refrigerant, alumina, melamine, organic chemical, etc.

The FGY series has fully considered the cooling of the transmission parts, sealing of saturated steam in the conveying medium, and other working conditions in its design. A large number of improvements have been made to the original RY pump structure and verified through experiments

1. The bearing is equipped with a cooling device to prevent the working environment of the bearing from being affected by high-temperature media.

2. The cooling water comes into direct contact with the shaft, and the high temperature of the medium will not be transmitted to the rotating parts due to the shaft.

3. Unique structure ensures that cooling water does not enter the medium.

4. No need to repair the high-temperature resistant sealing device, so that the saturated steam of the conveyed medium does not escape (especially in the condition of conveying molten salt, even a small amount of nitrite saturated steam is harmful to human health and carcinogenic)

The combination of various high-temperature, corrosion-resistant, and wear-resistant materials makes the FGY series high-temperature submersible pump suitable not only for binary and ternary molten salts used in membrane solid alkali and organic fluorine cracking, but also for high-temperature fluid transportation in phosphate fertilizer, petroleum cracking, and other equipment. Due to the complete elimination of heat transfer to the transmission parts Therefore, the service life of FGY series pumps is greatly improved compared to similar high-temperature submerged pumps (molten salt pumps).
